"My experience with State Farm Has been hassle-free and friendly. I switched from American Family because that experience was just not good. The initial cost is great, but they raise premiums quite a bit after that. I really like Andrew Stark and Erin, the two people I contact at State Farm. They’re always quick to respond, and they explain things clearly and kindly. I called from my car after a truck scraped the side of my car. I was pretty shaken. The very first thing they asked was if I was OK and if I needed road help. Then they said to call back when I got home and they talked me through the whole procedure for filing a claim and sent me the appropriate link. Every step of getting my car repaired was easy peasy. One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t do a hard sell on upgrades and add-ons. They give you the information and tell you the benefits, figure out the costs, but ultimately respect my your drcision. I absolutely hate it when the agents give you the hard up sale"
